He is survived by his mother Carmela Jean Bolock, brothers Keith Alan Bolock, Kevin Patrick Bolock, and Paul Larance Bolock, and sister Renata Maria Bolock Zack.
He is preceded in death by his father Paul William Bolock and oldest brother Craig Anthony Bolock.
