Brooks Russell Fuller passed away on November 17, 2024 at the age of 54. Brooks was born on November 9, 1970 to Russell and Mary Fuller in Provo, Utah. He married the love of his life, Sheri Fuller on June 30th, 1993 and together they started their beautiful family.
Brooks was an amazing man who was loved by everyone who knew him. He was really the human Swiss Army knife. If uou need a house, he'd build it. A fireplace? Done. A deck? Consider it decked out. But his greatest construction? A home filled with love, laughter, and a solid foundation on our Savior Jesus Christ.
Brooks served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-Day Saints in Venezuela, where he probably taught the locals how to arm wrestle while spreading the gospel. Back home, he served in every church position from the Bishopric counselor, in young men's to an honorary young women's camp leader and Trek Pa. Proving he was as versatile in spiritual leadership as he was in carpentry.
At Rio Tinto, Brooks drove haul trucks as big as our house with ease. Probably with a big grin, showing everyone how it's done. His hard work ethic was noticed by all; he made many great friends there.
His love for Sheri was undeniably amazing. He always provided for her and would do anything for her. His three children and grandchildren were what he lived for.
Brooks was the kind of guy who made you want to be a better person, not just because he was so good at it, but because he made being good look incredibly fun. He was loved, admired, and now, undoubtedly, he's arm wrestling his cousin Tyler and Grandpa Fuller in heaven and greeting all who passed before him with that same infectious laughter. Brooks will truly be missed. We are all better for knowing him.
Brooks is survived by his sweetheart and wife Sheri Fuller; daughter Alexia Lee Harris (husband Chad Harris); son Kyler Brooks Fuller; son Parker LaMar Fuller; his parents Russ and Mary Fuller; brothers Varden, Cameron, Reid, Troy, and sister Ruthanne.
