Carmen Delgado, age 61, entered into heavenly paradise on June 8, 2024. Carmen was born on June 12, 1962 in Tezoquipan, Tlaxcala, Mexico to Sara Gonzalez Chamorro & Rutilo Delgado Perez.
She enjoyed dancing, singing, and sewing. She diligently studied the holy scriptures, especially the Book of Mormon. She loved growing her own food, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family. She graduated from The Atonomous University of Tlaxcala in 1984 with a degree in Language Arts. She was a Middle School Teacher for 34 years. She found great fulfillment in serving God and others. She contributed to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in many callings, including as a teacher, counselor, Ward Primary President (5 years), Stake Primary President (5 years), Stake Relief Society President (5 years), and served for many years as a worker in the Mexico City Temple.
Carmen is survived by her brothers and sisters; her daughters Sarah (Dallin) Stoll, and Vanessa (Bryant) Bienz; and her grandchildren Aria and Ace Stoll.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister Myriam; and brother Harold.
Funeral services for Carmen will be held on June 12, 2024 and Interment will take place after the services at Herriman City Cemetery.
