Lehi, Utah - Carolyn Dalzine, age 71, passed away on July 2, 2021, she was born on November 19, 1949. She married James Michael Mortensen on December 2nd, 1966.
Carolyn was a registered nurse and mother of 5, grandmother of 17, and great grandmother of 7. She loved shopping for gifts for the people she loved. She loved animals, especially her sweet dog, Harley.
Carolyn is survived by Dan Mortensen and his family, Erik Mortensen and his family, Tawna Kaufman and her family, Mischel Mortensen and her family, and Jeremy Mortensen and his family.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Dan and Lola Larrabee; siblings, Helen, Mary Jane, Evelyn, and Daniel.
