Concha Maria Cruz loving mother of seven kids and four grandchildren. Concha unexpectedly passed away on February 7th,2022 at the age of 49.
Concha is survived by her children, Marcelino Albino, Alma Salazar, Katherine Aguilar, Elvia Aguilar, Rena Aguilar, Luis Aguilar , and Erika Aguilar. As well as her grandkids Alexander Salazar, De'Angelo Albino, Isaiah Davie, Angela Aguilar.
Concha was born in Mexico on March 7th of 1972 to Refugio Mendoza and Bertha Godinez-Valdivia. She was then adopted at the age of eight to Alfonso Salazar and Bertha Salazar and brought to the United States. She grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico and later moved to Nevada and then Utah. During this time she worked full-time, fell in love, and had her seven children. She became a single mother for the majority of the kids lives. She worked multiple jobs to keep food on the table and shelter over the kids heads. Even though she went through her struggles and had her ups and downs, she never gave up and always strived to do the best she could. Years later she found love again and married once more in 2012.
She loved reading, playing board games, loved cooking, spending time with her grandchildren, and loved fishing and being outdoors. Her accomplishments were getting her CNA certificate, attending major events of her children to include graduations, traveling to South Carolina to watch her daughter graduate boot camp as a United States Marine, raising seven kids on her own. And getting into contact with her biological family after years of not knowing them.
Concha Maria Cruz was a strong, independent, hard working beautiful woman. She devoted her life to ensuring her kids and her grandkids had everything they needed. This is a huge loss because she was the glue of the family and the only person we had left. Her contagious laugh and presence will never be forgotten. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
