Donald Edward Adderley passed away on June 27, 2019 in West Valley City, Utah. He was born on January 11, 1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Donald enjoyed fishing, going to Wendover, hunting, attending concerts and football. Go Seahawks! He especially loved spending time with his family and friends. He was an amazing grandfather who adored each of his grandchildren. "No" was not an option when the grandchildren asked for candy. Grandpa's sweet tooth was contagious.
Donald is survived by his children Tessa, Matthew, Crystal and Jennifer; as well as his grandkids Courtney, Caleb, Jocelyn, Eliott, Arielle and Thalia; also his siblings Kathy, Rick (Jennifer), Blaine (Patti), Phyllis (Ray), Jodi and Chrissey; and his beloved mother Beverley.
A viewing will be held Monday, July 8, 2019 at Memorial Redwood Mortuary from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. as well as Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the same location.
Donald's final request is that everyone wear Seahawks attire to his funeral. If you don't have anything related to Seahawks, please wear Seahawks colors.
The family would like to say thank you to Intermountain Healthcare for all the years they have cared for our Dad, especially everyone on the heart and lung team. Thank you, Quality Hospice for the care you provided during his final months.
