Donald Gary Small, of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at the age of 63.
Don was born to parents Bernice and Donald Small on July 21, 1952. He is survived by his wife, Rachelle E. Small, and his daughters Jennifer Small (Brian Curtis) grandson Keegan 8, Kendall 7 months, Marsha Small (Bryce Hammond) grandsons Karson 4, Karter 1, also by his sister Joan Wells.
He was retired from Larry H Miller after 34 years of service and was enjoying his time with family and friends. He will be missed by all. He always said "to bury me in a cardboard box in the backyard" but later decided for cremation. There will be a small private viewing for immediate family only.
Since he was a dog lover and survived by his puppies Scruffy, Riley, Asha, Kneesa and snowball, the family is asking in lieu of flowers please send donations in the memory of Don to "For the Love of Paws at PO Box #1271, Sandy UT 84091 or paypal fortheloveofpaws@gmail.com
