Emma Sarah Fowler

Emma Sarah Fowler died peacefully shortly after birth in her mothers loving arms at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on Sunday August 11, 2019. After struggling with a rare genetic disorder, VACTREL with H, Emma was only a tiny 2lbs 4.2 oz. and 14.25 inches long. Emma passed on to heaven with all the love of her family. Emma is the daughter of Cody Fowler, and Sarah Pellum.

During her brief visit on earth, Emma enjoyed being held close by her parents, big sister Brooklyn, and Grandma Openshaw. Emma was smothered in warm cuddles, hugs, and kisses as Brooklyn so sweetly sang Rock-A-Bye Baby. Emma was loved by all who met her and will be greatly missed. Emma will forever remain her parents' precious little baby and Brooklyn's baby sister, they will hold her again in heaven one day.

A small Memorial Service was held on August 15 exclusively to immediate family members at Affordable Funerals & Cremations in Salt Lake City, UT.

Emma is welcomed in Heaven by Maternal Grandfather Brent Pellum.

Emma is survived by parents Cody Fowler and Sarah Pellum, Big Sister Brooklyn Marie Fowler, Maternal Grandparents Kenny and Kristeen Openshaw, Paternal Grandparents Michael and Crystal Fowler & Auntie Mercedez Carter.
