Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 28, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at the Winder 17th Ward Chapel located at 1495 East 4705 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. A viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. that same day and location. Interment will be at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East 4580 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, directly following the funeral services.
