Frances C. Smith, age 77 of Santa Clara, Utah, passed on March 3rd, 2021. She was born on November 16th, 1943 to Francis Lee LaVelle and Edna Florence Evans LaVelle. Frances was surrounded by her loving family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
