Ian Andrew Paulson, age 22, died of a broken heart on July 28, 2016 cradled in the arms of his loving parents. Ian is survived by parents, Brian and Shannon Paulson and Sean and Angel Gunter and his siblings Elise Morley, Kaitlyn Paulson, AJ Kenner, Sean Kenner, Shadie Archibald, Celisha Birkinshaw, Sydnee Hutchings, Sadee Gunter, TJ Gunter and Sophee Gunter.
Ian was born May 14, 1994 in St. George, UT to Brian and Angel. He attended school in OK, TX, UT, and CO. However, it was his hero and grandfather, Bruce Williams, who provided the foundation, education, strength, and nurturing of testimony in our Heavenly Father and the Gospel of Jesus Christ that will sustain and exalt Ian now.
Ian loved being in the outdoors; hiking, fishing, camping, and going to the lake to swim. The rest of time you could find him in the gym working out and helping others to reach their goals. He was gifted with genuine kindness and an infectious smile.
A funeral is scheduled for Saturday August 6th with the viewing beginning at 9 AM and the memorial service at 11 AM. The address is 365 S 900 E in Orem, UT. Ian will be laid to rest following at the Orem City cemetery. All are welcome to attend and join us in celebrating the life of this amazing young man.
