Jeffrey "Priest" Grohse

Jeffrey Grohse, 44 of Aua, American Samoa passed away peacefully at his residence in Washington, Utah surrounded by his wife and son on December 22nd, 2024. Jeffrey was born at LBJ Tropical Medical Center in Faga'alu, American Samoa on December 23rd, 1979.

He spent his childhood in Aua, American Samoa, and joined the Army in 1997 after graduating from Faga'itua High School. He loved collecting coins, playing beach football, cooking, and basketball during his younger years. 

He was passionate about his art style which molded him into a fine tattoo artist known to many as "Priest." He was a machinist by trade, one of many trades. 

A wonderful father, devoted husband, an amazing writer and all around great man.

Preceded in death by his mother Fuala'au Maria Grohse and father Talalupelele Peia Suisala. 

He is survived by his son Dominic Alapati Grohse and wife Brianna Schwenke. 

Viewing will be held at 157 E Riverside Drive STE 3A St George Utah, 84790 (11:30am) And will then be transported to his final resting place at Washington Cemetery @ 300 Park View Drive, Washington Utah 84780 (1:00pm).
