Kelly I. Shaw

Kelly I. Shaw, peacefully passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 44. Born on November 11, 1978, in Lima, Peru, she was the cherished daughter of Irene and Ernesto Bustamante.

On August 30, 2014, Kelly married the love of her life, Trevor Shaw, creating a bond that would radiate warmth and devotion throughout their years together.

Kelly had a zest for life that was unparalleled. She found solace and tranquility in nature, often embarking on long hikes accompanied by her faithful dog, Rudy. Family meant the world to Kelly, and she cherished the time spent with her loved ones. She particularly loved spending time with her niece, Kayla, and nephew, Kevin, who she loved unconditionally.

Kelly leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and resilience. She is survived by her devoted husband, Trevor Shaw, who stood by her side through thick and thin, sharing in the highs and lows of life. Her parents, Irene and Ernesto Bustamante, Kelly's sister and brother-in-law, Sussy and Pedro Pelayo. Her brother, Alex Bustamante. Her niece Kayla and nephew Kevin Pelayo. She is preceded in death by her sister Eva Bustamante.

Kelly's passing leaves a void in the hearts of her loved ones, and we will miss her dearly.

A viewing for Kelly will be held at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 19, 2023, at the St. Therese Of the Child Jesus Catholic Church, located at 7832 Allen St, Midvale, UT. Following the viewing, a mass will commence at 6:00 PM, offering an opportunity for all those touched by Kelly's presence to gather, remember, and honor her life.
