Marci Ann Johnson, our beloved daughter, sister, and aunt died peacefully at home on September 19, 2017 after battling cancer for five years. Marci was born June 29, 1986 to Larry and Marsha Johnson in Murray, Utah.
Having Down syndrome never stopped her from expressing her love for others through her engaging smile, laughs and hugs. Marci enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics where she earned 9 medals. She had an outgoing spirit and loved adventure.
She was employed by DDI VANTAGE and insisted on attending church every Sunday. Her example reminds us to appreciate and enjoy life and to love unconditionally. She will always be our little princess.
A viewing will be held Friday, September 22 at 8735 South Harvard Park Drive from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The funeral will be Saturday, September 23 at 11:00 am at the same location, with a viewing at 10:00 am.
