In loving memory of Rachel Marie Montoya Sirles, born January 12, 1974, in West Valley City, Utah, died July 5, 2014 in Murray, Utah. She was the loving wife of Kevin Sirles. Rachel loved her dogs Mystic and Mystery. She had a heart of gold and would do anything to help you out. She loved get-togethers with friends and family. She is the youngest of five siblings.
She is preceded in death by her parents Juan Pablo Montoya, Jr. and Verna Marie Jensen, two brothers Vince and Mark Montoya. She is survived by her husband, Kevin Sirles, sisters Debbie Montoya and Toni Thomas, mother-in-law Debi Sirles, father-in-law Jim Sirles, step-son Caleb Sirles, grandson Dominic Sirles, sister-in-law Shannon Sirles and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Uncle Kent and Aunt Betty Madsen for all those early snowy morning trips to dialysis. She had many wonderful friends.
Funeral service will be Monday July 14, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant Green Cemetery located at 3500 South 9200 West, Magna, Utah. There will be a viewing that same day at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Chapel located at 7731 West 3500 South, Magna, Utah. We will proceed to the cemetery at 12:30 p.m. Thank you to everyone that donated to make this funeral possible.
