Sherrie Marie Wallace Scott Belle, age 62, passed away with her loved ones by her side on April 13, 2016 in Taylorsville, Utah. She was born June 26, 1953 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Earnest and Marion Wallace. She married Edward Scott on November 23, 1972 and then later married Kim E. Belle.
Sherrie attended Salt Lake Community College and the University of Utah. She was a certified paralegal. Sherrie enjoyed gardening, traveling and above all else, spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter Taneisha Johnson, son Quaeisean (Melanie) Scott, step-daughter Teal Scott, grandchildren Devereaux (Da'Shona), Sierra, Alieya and Kingston. Brother Richard, sisters Terrie and Karen, ex-husband Edward Scott, numerous nieces and nephews. She had a special relationship with her niece Sheimyae Harris and her children.
She was preceded in death by her parents Earnest and Marion Wallace, 3 brothers Johnny, Robert, Edward and 1 sister Mary Ann.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary located at 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
