1943 ~ 2014
Siaosi Teiloa Tuita of Otea, Vava'u Tonga was born (March 31, 1943) (71) of goodly parents, Sione Pa Tuita and Lesieli Afu Ha'apai Kato who were pioneers in the LDS faith. His life came to an end suddenly from a serious condition related to high blood pressure, however, with medical help he lingered enough time for 43 family members to say goodbye at his bedside. He loved his family with his whole being. He was a peacemaker, bridge builder, smile enforcer, and so resilient to judgers. He made some huge changes in his life that all who were around him could see. He was open minded, accepting of all, served those in his path, stranger and familiar alike. Physically strong, he was nicknamed "Siaosi Papela" (barbell). Those who preceded him in death are his parents and siblings, Amelia, Ana, Makeke, Kite.
He is survived by six siblings Peta, Fifita, Salesi, Laife, Tulia and Mele, his six children - Rick (Heidi), Elaine(Filimone) Kathy (Nate), Dorothy (Josh), Sisilia, Alex and 30 grandchildren who adore their father and Grandpa.
