Stacie Lynn Chapman passed away in Herriman, Utah on July 13, 2016. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on November 2, 1971 to Steven Hancock and Sherry Begent Mackintosh. She married Robert Chapman on May 2, 1993.
Stacie worked as a registered nurse for 10 years. Her children were her greatest joy. She enjoyed cooking, helping others and was passionate about giving back to family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Robert, daughters Nicole (Morgan) Broussard, Madison and Sarah Chapman. Sons Aaron (Julie) Chapman, and Thomas Chapman. Mother Sherry (Scott) Mackintosh, brothers Brandon (Andrea) Carr, Matt (Beth) Carr.
She was preceded in death by her father Steven Hancock, adoptive father Randy Carr, grandparents Keith and LaRita Hancock and Doris Begent.
Funeral services will be held Saturday July 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Copper Creek 3rd ward located at 12280 South Anthem Park Blvd. (5600 West) Herriman, Utah.
