St. George - Timothy Scott Grayson, age 38, left this life much too early on February 10, 2022 at Porter Hospital in Denver, Colorado. He was known to most as Tim.
Tim was born on June 13, 1983 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Scott Claude Grayson and Teri Price Johnson.
Tim attended Christ Lutheran School, Lutheran High School, Jordan High School and Skyline High School. He graduated from Robert J Debry in 2006 with a degree in Computer Science.
Tim had a passion for life and a never-ending quest for knowledge. Tim started playing golf as a boy and got his first hole in one published in the Salt Lake Tribune at the age of 13.
Starting at a young age, Tim was drawn to computers. After reading something once he could recite it verbatim. He began honing his entrepreneur skills very young even using his dad's memorized credit card number to make purchases online before it was common. And he was selling items on Ebay in the very beginning of Ebay. His early business savvy led him to start a layaway program for his elementary age friends so they could gradually purchase boondoggle with their allowances. To make sure he looked the part, he requested a necktie and silk shirt for Christmas when he was 12 years old.
Tim's resume included jobs where his keen ability to build and fix computers were highlighted including his most recent job in IT as a Senior Cloud Security Engineer for the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
Tim was kind to everyone and was a loyal friend. He was the most generous of people. He helped many people with their computers and provided any needed support for Audrey's daughter and nieces for college.
Tim is loved and survived by his life partner Audrey Marie Smith, her daughter Juliya, his ex-wife Dasha Liubarets, his sister Siara Rose MacKinney (Gary), his nephew Coyte Fitzgerald, his parents, Scott (Cyndi), Teri and his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He also leaves behind his future mothers and fathers-in-law Sidonia (David) Starnes, Steve (Cindy) Smith, and future brothers and sisters-in-law, Emily (Ted) Harlow, Carly (Blake) Brommer, and nieces and nephews Gabe, Maya, Kayla, Cloe, Hannah, Hunter, Hadlee, and Haylee.
Tim will be greatly missed. His life will be celebrated at a later date.
